What You’ll Be Doing
- Perform advanced and heavy diagnostics (your expertise sets the standard)
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of technicians
- Monitor and improve shop efficiency and performance metrics
- Oversee and ensure quality of Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVIs)
- Help set workflow, scheduling, and daily shop priorities
- Maintain a hands-on presence while guiding the team
What You Bring
- 10+ years as an automotive technician
- Master ASE Certification (A/C certification or close preferred)
- 5+ years in a leadership or foreman role
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving ability
- Proven ability to train, coach, and develop technicians
- Organized, professional, and confident leading others
- Comfortable balancing tools + leadership responsibilities
