A family-oriented auto repair shop on beautiful Padre Island, just steps from the beach, is looking for a skilled Automotive Technician to join our fun, tight-knit team! We’ve proudly served our loyal customer base for over 20 years and are seeking someone who’s eager to grow in a well-established, supportive shop environment. We service all makes and models, with 60% domestic, 30% Asian, and 10% European vehicles.

What we want:

• 3–5+ years of experience as an automotive technician (A or B level preferred)
• Solid diagnostic skills and a proven repair track record
• ASE certification is preferred but not required
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Eager, hard-working, and a team player
• Willingness to grow through ongoing training

What we offer:

• Compensation:

  • A-Level: $70K annually | $42/flag hour

  • B-Level: $50K annually

  • C-Level: $15/hour + production bonus

  • Hybrid flat rate pay model (avg. 40–50 billed hours/week)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000 to $95,000 annually (Hybrid flat rate model)

Schedule:
• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM (Technicians typically leave by 5 PM)
• No weekends

Experience:
• Automotive repair: 3–5 years (Required)

License/Certification:
• Valid driver’s license (Required)
• ASE Certification (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:
• Padre Island, TX – Relocation welcomed
