Amy brings over 15yrs of recruiting and executive leadership experience to the automotive industry. As Co-Founder of Promotive, her mission is to elevate automotive professionals and connect them with shops that value their talent & grow their careers.
Amy’s recruiting profession was sparked by a passion to help people and businesses thrive. She began as a ground-floor employee with a regional Technology firm, which was later acquired by an established global staffing player. Over her 15-year tenure, Amy was recognized as a multi-year award-winning recruiter, leading the company in placements nationwide. Her interest in developing others allowed her to move into a strategic executive leadership position, responsible for business transformation and strategy across the US business. After identifying a need to bring full-service staffing to the automotive industry, Amy and her partners launched Promotive, providing the same recruiting experience to their valued partners.Â
