Co-Founder
Joelle brings almost 10 years of experience in the automotive industry. As Co-Founder of Promotive, she will focus on working with independent repair shops to ensure they are fully staffed with top talent that fits their culture as well as working on business development to establish the right partnerships.
Joelle spent her entire professional career working at NAPA Auto Parts where she managed sales teams, worked with independent store owners on increasing market share and profitability, and educated independent shop owners on ways to drive more traffic into the bays and increase their average ticket. She has built great relationships in the industry with vendor partners and is Vice Chair on the ASE Education Foundation Board. Joelle truly has a passion for the people who make up this industry and her mission at Promotive is to continue making a difference, working together, growing the technician pool, placing the right talent in the right shops, and strengthening the automotive industry.
