Kat is a Technology and Operations Executive with over 15yrs experience across Fintech, Information Technology, Private Equity, and Cloud-based software. She is responsible for all aspects of Promotive operations including HR, Finance, Product, Technology, and Back-office systems. Â
Kat has held COO roles at Multiple Tech Start-ups, most recently at Fynn.io. Her career includes leading the Global Digital Transformation during her 10yr career at Blackbaud. Additionally, Kat was employee #1 and EVP of Vehlo, a GSV Company, developing SOPs and integrating systems and processes across the portfolio, leading two successful exits in three years. She holds a BS from Clemson in Business Administration.
