Kelly has proven experience growing organizations and individuals from the ground up, managing teams both domestically and internationally. Her operational strengths center around project & change management with an emphasis on system and process improvement. Kelly has a passion for accelerating career growth, whether it be to those that work for her or the candidates she places.
