Base salary + bonus. Expected to make $80,000+

Automotive Shop in Shelby Township, MI seeking Automotive Service Advisors. As a Service Advisor, you will own the shop’s customer experience. You will be the first point of contact with our customers and will be well-versed in product offerings, inventory needs, technician workflow, and customer service. From greeting vehicle owners at the front desk to explaining our repair process, our Service Advisors are personable and professional individuals who enjoy helping others. We welcome individuals who are new to the automotive industry but with previous roles in customer service, retail sales, restaurant industry, or hospitality.
What we need:
- Preferred: 1-year experience as an Automotive Service Consultant
- Organized and friendly personality
- Comfortable with a Computer/Quick typing skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage others
- Time management skills
- Fantastic communication skills with your customers
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
- Clean driving record
- Must be able to order parts
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check
