Locally recognized automotive repair shop in Saint Clair Shores, MI is searching for high quality Automotive Shop Manager. Interested applicants must have a minimum of 10 years experience running a $2.0M+ per year revenue automotive shop. They are seeking candidates with a great attitude, a sense of pride in their work, and the desire to grow. Job Responsibilities to include:
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff
- Set sales targets and motivate staff to meet those goals
- Lead meetings to ensure staff stays informed
- Manage store budgets
- Oversee stock levels and order new items when required
- Address customer complaints and issues in a professional manner
- Handle staff conflicts, complaints, and problems
- Prepare various promotional materials and in-store displays
- Ensure compliance with various health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with the ownership to ensure store location lives up to standards
