- 7+ years of experience in high volume automotive shop – strongly prefer independent automotive experience
- Understanding of shop efficiency, productivity to labor rate etc. and have a clear understanding of how it all relates to the financial statements.
- Must be an excellent relationship builder

What You’ll do:
- Managing up to 8 technicians and 3 service advisors
- 7+ years of experience as a general manager at a high volume shop required
