Job Description
Successful, established, fast-paced shop in Campbell, CAÂ is seeking an experienced and highly skilled A-level auto technician to join their team. This candidate will play a pivotal role in diagnosing all makes and models including EV’s and Hybrids. They must have extensive knowledge, experience, and efficiency with repairs. They must instill trust with the customers and uphold the shop’s reputation for excellence. This shop believes in their team and is committed to giving the customer the best possible experience. The right candidate must be a team player, leader and mentor. While ASE certifications are not mandatory, possessing them aligns with the qualities this shop seeks in an A level tech.
What they are looking for:
- 7+ years Experience Required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Extensive Diagnostic Knowledge
- Expertise in hybrid and electric powertrains required
- DVI Experience
- ASE Preferred
- Smog Certification Preferred
- EV & Hybrid Knowledge
- Leader and Mentor to other Techs
- Team Player
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
