Job Description
Busy, established shop in Campbell, CA seeking an Automotive Service Advisor. As a Service Advisor, you will own the shop’s customer experience. You will be the first point of contact with their customers and will be well-versed in product offerings, technician workflow, and customer service. From greeting vehicle owners at the front desk to explaining the repair process, the Service Advisors are personable and professional individuals who enjoy helping others. Shop is looking for someone with service advisor experience.

- 3+ Years Automotive Service Advisor Experience
- Organized and friendly personality
- Computer, typing and email etiquette is required
- Some Mechanical experience a plus
- Demonstrated ability to multitask
