Job Description

Automotive shop in Roxboro, NC searching for experienced Automotive Technicians to join their team! This shop has grown from a small side business to a full-service operation with 8 bays, 8 lifts, and a dedicated team of automotive professionals. The owner has built a shop that combines technical skill with a commitment to efficiency and high-quality service.

Position Overview

We are always on the lookout for skilled, positive, and adaptable technicians who can contribute to our shop’s success. Regardless of your level—whether you’re a diagnostic expert or a talented GST—we’re ready to adjust roles to best fit your strengths. Our goal is to have motivated individuals who work efficiently, maintain a positive attitude, and actively contribute to the team.

  • Perform diagnostics, inspections, maintenance, and repair work
  • Support in areas where bottlenecks exist, such as inspections or estimating, depending on skill set
  • Manage time effectively and keep up with the workflow, maintaining a steady pace
  • Collaborate with service advisors, parts managers, and other staff to ensure smooth shop operations
  • Support team members and demonstrate an adaptable, can-do attitude
  • Experience in automotive repair and diagnostics
  • Ability to work efficiently and manage time
  • Willingness to perform a variety of tasks as needed, from diagnostics to inspections and estimating
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to quality
  • Positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team
