Job Description
Automotive shop in Nashville, TN searching for European and Asian Automotive Technicians (A Level) to join their team!! Join our high-volume shop that has been a trusted name in the industry for over 30 years, specializing in European and Asian vehicles, with experience in domestic models as well. Our clean, well-equipped facility features 8 bays and a dedicated team committed to quality service. We are looking for an experienced Automotive Technician to join our team as we continue to serve our loyal customer base.
What they are looking for:
- Perform diagnostic assessments and repairs on a variety of vehicles, with a focus on Euro and Asian models.
- Collaborate with the shop foreman and other technicians to solve complex vehicle issues.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the shop.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures.
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Assist in the training of junior technicians and support team development
- Minimum of 7 years of automotive repair experience (experience with Euro/Imports is a plus but not required).
- Ability and willingness to work on any make/model of vehicle.
- Relevant certifications preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong diagnostic skills and a willingness to learn new technologies and processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

- Expected to flag a minimum of 50 hours per week, with top technicians averaging 80 hours/week.
