An automotive maintenance and performance shop in Sterling, VA, is looking for an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join their team! If you’re an enthusiastic, results-driven professional with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and thriving in a fast-paced environment, this is the job for you!
What We Need:
- 5+ years of Service Advisor experience
- 2+ years of Service Manager experience (ideal, but not required)
- Strong communication skills and highly organized
- Tech-savvy and eager to leverage available tools
- Proven ability to deliver outstanding results and meet financial goals
- Must be passionate about the automotive industry and helping the team succeed
- Sales experience is required
- Ability to coach and train team members
- Track record of success in a customer-focused environment
