Automotive Technician Needed

Monday – Friday (Yep, NO WEEKENDS)

$28 – $45 Hourly Based on Experience

European Automotive Repair Shop in Fort Worth, TX, where the work is serious, but the atmosphere is fun is looking for an A or B Level Technician! This is a family-owned shop, and it’s all about teamwork. Shop Ownership runs the day-to-day operations, making sure things run smoothly with his hands-on experience. Here, everyone is treated like family, and everyone pulls together to get the job done. The majority of the cars that roll into the shop are European, with a little bit of Asian and Domestic for variety. The Position: They’re looking for one technician to join the crew: one A-Level Tech OR one B+ Tech. If you’re the kind of tech who loves diagnosing, repairing, and keeping cars in tip-top shape, you’re going to fit right in. It’s all about “cradle to grave” repairs here—diagnosing the problem and fixing it from start to finish. If you’re passionate about European cars but still want to work on a bit of everything, this is your spot.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining cars from the ground up (cradle to grave A Level Tech.)
• Working on European (80%), Asian (10%), and Domestic (5%) vehicles (European is the star of the show here!)
• Using high-end scan tools like Autel, Autologik, and all the European OE tools you could want
• Collaborating with Marty, the foreman, and the service advisor to keep everything running smoothly
• Keeping your workspace organized and clean (we love a tidy tech!)
• Delivering excellent customer service with every job

What They’re Looking For:

• A-Level Tech: 5+ years of experience and a love for all things diagnostic and repair
• B+ Tech: 3+ years of experience and a hunger to grow into an A-level tech
• ASE certification is great, but they’re more interested in your skills—if you can do the work, they want you
• Team player with a strong work ethic and a commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently but enjoy a good team vibe
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (because, you know, driving)

Compensation & Perks:

• Hourly Pay:
• A-Level Tech: $35 – $45 per hour (depending on experience)
• B+ Tech: $28 per hour (depending on experience)

The Shop:

• 14 Bays / 11 Lifts (room for everyone!)
• Hunter Alignment Rack & Machine
• Portacools for each tech (keep cool, literally!)
• State-of-the-art tools including Autel scan tools and Autologik
• No AC in the shop, but the breakroom’s got your back with A/C and all the snacks and drinks you could want

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Overtime? Maybe—when needed, but not too often.
