Here’s the Deal:
We’re a growing, independent shop in Wayland, MI, with a brand-new building featuring six bays, five lifts, and plenty of space to do your thing. Since opening four years ago, we’ve shifted gears to focus on fleet work (60-70%) and general automotive repairs (because we like to keep it interesting).
We’re not your average shop—we fix the tough stuff other places shy away from. And with a mix of gas and diesel vehicles, from transit vans to medium-duty trucks, you’ll always have something cool to work on.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Diagnosing and repairing a range of vehicles, from passenger cars to F450 bucket trucks.
- Taming both gas and diesel engines with your expert skills.
- Collaborating with our service writer to keep the workflow smooth.
- Sharing your wisdom with junior techs (because teamwork makes the dream work).
- Contributing to a positive, supportive shop culture.
Who We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of automotive repair experience (bonus points for heavy-duty).
- Diagnostic ninja skills (oscilloscopes, scan tools—you name it).
- Problem-solving mastery and a can-do attitude.
- Experience with both general automotive and medium-duty trucks.
- Someone who values respect, growth, and having a good time at work.

- Flat rate: $30-$45 per hour (because your skills are worth it).
- PTO (accrued up to two weeks in your first year).
- Monday–Friday schedule (weekends are for YOU).
