💥 WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain light-duty diesel trucks (Ford Powerstroke, Dodge Cummins, Chevy/GMC Duramax) like a pro.
- Handle any job that comes your way with minimal supervision.
- Use top-tier diagnostic tools (Tekmetric, Mitchell On Demand, Identifix, Ford Technical Resource) to get trucks back on the road.
- Perform preventative maintenance inspections and document findings.
- Work with a team that values honesty, quality, and efficiency.
⚙️ WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- 5+ years of continuous automotive tech experience.
- At least 1-2 years of diesel experience (preferred, but if you’re a quick learner, we won’t hold it against you!).
- A self-starter who can diagnose and repair without constant hand-holding.
- A team player who fits the shop culture and brings good energy.
- Trustworthy & honest—we don’t do shady business here.
