Job Description
Automotive Shop in Hellertown, PA seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor for their European Automotive Shop . Join this family owned and operated shop using state-of-the-art equipment to meet the demands of an ever changing repair market. This shop appreciates their employees and treats them well while also providing honest services & fair prices to all makes and models, no matter what type of auto repair or service they need.
What they are looking for:
- Answer phones and speak with customers
- Help schedule customer appointments
- Provide customer’s with updates (ex: time car will be ready)
- Complete entry in Bolt On system for all state inspections ensuring the number sequence and insurance registration information is correct.
- Print and file reports
- Utilize Tekmetric system to generate Repair Orders, add jobs and finalize transactions utilizing the correct pricing matrix.
- Process vendor warranties
- Collaborative personality
- Desire to learn and grow
- Valid and clean driver’s license
What they offer:
- $19-22/hour + commissions. Experienced advisors can earn $2400/month in commissions.
