Job Description
Established Automotive Shop in Cheyenne, WY seeking a Jr. Automotive Service Advisor. As Service Advisor, you will help improve the shop’s customer experience. You will be one of the first points of contact with our customers and will be responsible for customer service, estimating, parts ordering, answering phones, scheduling appointments and more. From greeting vehicle owners at the front desk to explaining our repair process, our Service Advisors are personable and professional individuals who enjoy helping others. We welcome individuals who are new to the automotive industry but with previous roles in customer service, retail sales, restaurant industry, or hospitality.
