Job Description
Luxury European Automotive Shop in Redwood City, CA seeking an Experienced Automotive Service Advisor. As a Service Advisor, you will own the shop’s customer experience. You will be the first point of contact with our customers and will be well-versed in product offerings, technician workflow, and customer service. From greeting vehicle owners at the front desk to explaining our repair process, our Service Advisors are personable and professional individuals who enjoy helping others. We prefer individuals who have a passion for the European market. You also need some knowledge of the automotive industry but would accept previous roles in customer service, retail sales, restaurant industry, or hospitality.

- 5+ Years Customer Service Required
- 5+ Years of Service Writing Experience
- European Vehicle Experience is a PLUS!
- Organized and friendly personality
- Computer, typing and email etiquette is required
- Some Mechanical experience a plus
- Demonstrated ability to multitask
- Time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Fantastic communication skills with your customers
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
