Highly rated automotive shop in Fort Lauderdale, FL seeking an experienced Automotive Shop Advisor to join their team and help grow their independent shop. This team of automotive professionals, strive to lead the industry by providing best-in-class personal customer service as well the very highest level of quality in our repairs and services. This is a family oriented shop that treats its employees right and where customers can find what they’re looking for! In this position, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the service process, maximizing sales, and delivering an exceptional experience at every visit.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing top-notch service and building trust through integrity and professionalism.
- Accurately document customer concerns, manage service workflows, and communicate updates with transparency.
- Achieve sales targets by understanding customer needs and offering appropriate services, repairs, and upgrades.
- Use Tekmetric SMS for workflow management; experience with Tekmetric is a plus.
- Engage customers effectively over the phone—this is critical, as it is often the first impression of our shop.
- Exhibit a growth mindset, welcoming feedback, and continually working to improve skills and service standards.
- Foster a welcoming, professional atmosphere while maintaining a clear understanding of the larger business goals.
- Integrity, dependability, and customer service skills are a must. You’ll be warm and approachable but know how to get down to business.
