Our Luxury European Automotive Shop is on the lookout for an Experienced Automotive Service Advisor with a passion for cars (especially the European kind!). You’ll be the first face our customers see and the guiding hand that leads them through our top-notch service experience. From greeting car owners at the door to explaining repairs with flair, you’ll be the go-to person who makes everything run smoothly, all while ensuring every customer leaves with a smile.
We want someone with a spark—whether you’re a seasoned Service Advisor with years of experience or a customer service guru who’s ready to dive into the automotive world. Either way, if you’re personable, organized, and love making connections, you’ll fit right in!
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of stellar customer service experience
- 5+ years of service writing experience (automotive industry experience is a plus)
- European vehicle knowledge? Yes, please!
- A friendly, outgoing personality that makes customers feel like VIPs
- Strong computer skills and a knack for typing & email etiquette
- A bit of mechanical know-how is a bonus (but not a must!)
- Ability to juggle tasks, manage time like a pro, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills to keep customers in the loop
- A polished, professional appearance—you’re the face of the shop!
- A passion for delivering top-tier service and the ability to estimate repairs
- A valid driver’s license
