Job Description
Award winning automotive shop in Memphis, TN  is searching for an Automotive Service Advisor to join an excellent team servicing all makes and models. Join a great team at a family owned shop that has been serving local customers for over 30 years! Quality & customer satisfaction is at the heart of our business. We take pride in our ability to tell a complete story to our customers through our collaborative, digital environment. We are a Monday through Friday shop that believes in flexibility and work-life balance.
WHAT WE WANT:
- 3+ Years Experience as a Service Advisor
- Experience with fleet operations and local body shops
- Experience with corporate customers
- Experience with warranty work
- Shop is about 50% fleet, 50% retail
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to build relationships
- Excellent phone skills
- Able to Multi-task
- Team player
WHAT WE OFFER:
- $18 – $22/hour + commissions
- Earn between $45k to $65k/year!
- Monday through Friday schedule
