A dynamic, fast-growing European Automotive shop just outside of Denver, CO, is looking for an experienced Service Manager/Advisor to take charge of operations, manage a stellar team, and deliver top-tier service to customers.

- 5+ years of Automotive Service Advisor experience (must know your stuff!)
- Proven sales skills – drive performance with passion!
- Ability to run the day-to-day operations of a busy, high-performing shop
- Be a key member of the leadership team
- Financial accountability for the store’s success
- A true leader and motivator who thrives on coaching and developing staff
- An individual who champions team culture—it’s our secret sauce!
- Must be able to work independently and lead a team to success
- Customer service always comes first in your book
- A passion for the automotive industry (European vehicle passion is a PLUS!)
