We’re looking for an A-Level Automotive Technician with 7+ years of experience (5 years for exceptional candidates) who’s ready to thrive in a shop that’s as dedicated to your growth as it is to our customers.

- Steady Work: We service 80–100 cars weekly.
- Diverse Challenges: You’ll work on a mix of domestic, Asian, European vehicles.

What They Offer:
- 💰 Competitive Pay:
- Base: $28/hour
- Tiered Flat Rate:
- 35–49.9 hours: $36.89/hour
- 50–54.9 hours: $38/hour
- 55–59.9 hours: $40/hour
- 60+ hours: $43/hour
- Top techs consistently hit 50–55 hours/week, earning $105K+/year.
- 📋 Comprehensive Benefits:
- Health insurance: $500/month employer contribution
- PTO: 1 week after 6 months, 2 weeks after 1 year, 3 weeks thereafter
- 5+ sick days (flexible)
- 6 paid holidays

- ASE Certifications (a big plus).
