Who We Are:
We’re a fun, family-owned NAPA Auto Care Center with a shop full of great people! Our team is dedicated to providing top-notch service for all makes and models, while keeping things light and enjoyable. We’ve been in business for five years and are growing, so we’re looking for an awesome B Level Technician to join us!
What You’ll Be Doing:
As our new B Level Tech, you’ll be working in our 10-bay shop, getting your hands dirty (and maybe a little greasy, but hey, that’s part of the fun!). Your main responsibilities will include:
- Diagnosing and fixing misfires, oil/fluid leaks, steering, suspension, brakes, and other general vehicle repairs.
- Mentoring and assisting C-level techs when needed (because you’re the experienced one, and we know you’ve got the knowledge to share).
- Helping keep the shop running smoothly by turning out quality work in a timely manner.
We love having a collaborative team, and you’ll be an integral part of helping the crew thrive. Plus, you’ll be working with some cool tech like Autel scanners, NAPA TRACS, and Auto Vitals DVI – no dusty old equipment here!
What We Need From You:
- 4+ years of automotive experience (We’re not just looking for any B Level Tech; we want someone who’s been around the block a few times!)
- Strong diagnostic skills – you know how to figure out what’s going on under the hood.
- Ability to mentor and assist other techs – because teamwork makes the dream work!
- A positive attitude, a good sense of humor, and a passion for the auto industry!
