Job Description
Automotive Shop in Surprise, AZ searching for experienced Automotive Technicians (C Level) to join their team. Family-owned and operated, our team brings decades of automotive repair expertise, state-of-the-art equipment, and a commitment to delivering top-notch customer service. Facilities are climate-controlled, equipped with advanced diagnostic tools, and employ highly skilled technicians dedicated to professional growth.
Responsibilities:
- Assist A and B-level technicians with vehicle repairs and diagnostic tasks
- Conduct routine maintenance services and basic diagnostics
- Contribute to a team-oriented, positive work environment
- Work toward ASE certification, with support for training and professional development
- Participate in quarterly performance reviews to evaluate progress and advancement potential

- Experience or training as an entry-level (C-level) automotive technician
- Eager to learn and develop automotive repair skills through hands-on experience and training
