Job Description
With over 30 years in business, you know we know what we are doing! Get ready to roll up your sleeves in a shop that’s as busy as it is fun! We’re open Monday through Friday, and we handle everything from domestic vehicles to Asian models and a touch of Euro cars. With 14 lifts, two alignment racks, two truck lifts, you’ll be fully equipped to tackle any challenge.
What We’re Looking For: We need a Medium Diesel Tech (B Level) with 5+ years of experience to join the team. The ideal candidate knows their way around diesel services (fluid changes, injector pumps, cylinder heads, etc.). While diagnostic skills are always a bonus, we’re really hoping to find someone with solid knowledge in diesel engines, electrical systems, and DEF systems.
Your Role:
- Handle a variety of medium diesel (Cummins, Power Stroke, Duramax) services: fluid changes, injector pumps, cylinder heads—you name it.
- Use your knowledge to keep diesel vehicles in top shape.
Pay Plan:
- Base Hourly: $25/hour for the first 40 hours (work a 40-hour week and get paid for 40 hours).
- Flat Rate: If you turn 40+ hours in a week, you get $35/hour flat rate.
- We Pay the Higher Rate: If you don’t hit 40 hours, no worries! You still get paid hourly at $25/hour. We’ll always pay you the better rate!
