Job Description

Truck and Auto shop in Venice, FL seeking experienced Diesel Technician to join their team! This shop is a family-owned and operated auto repair shop with deep roots in South Venice, serving the community for seven generations. Position Overview: We are currently seeking a skilled Diesel Technician to join our team at our Truck store location. Our ideal candidate is knowledgeable in diesel repair, easy to get along with, and committed to providing high-quality service. If you’re looking to be part of a dedicated family atmosphere, we want to hear from you!

 

What they are looking for:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a shop or dealership specializing in diesel repair.
  • Skills: Strong diagnostic and repair skills for diesel engines.
  • Attitude: Team player with a positive attitude who works well with others.
  • Location: Must reside within a 30-minute radius to accommodate potential traffic.
  • Diagnose and repair diesel engines and related systems for light to heavy-duty vehicles, including motor homes, RVs, buses, and trucks (Cummins, International, etc.).
  • Perform a variety of repairs and services, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other technicians to provide the best possible service to our customers.
  • Occasionally respond to service calls as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
