Job Description
TOP SHOP in beautiful BEND, OR is seeking a Master European Auto Technician to join their established, state-of-the-art shop. The ideal candidate would have Mercedes experience & open to working on Audi, BMW, VW and other Euros, seeking an Independent shop that sets the bar with customers, employees and culture. This shop values someone with a growth-mindset, who likes working with a team & is open-minded. This shop is state-of-the art, with outstanding compensation including individual & team bonuses, paid training, fantastic benefits and a great location.
What they are looking for:
- A level Technician or Master Technician
- Prefer Master Mercedes Technician but will consider any European experience
- Ideal candidate would have factory experience & looking for a great independent shop without the politics
- Will do all aspects of auto repair – diagnostics, oil changes & minor services to major services
- Current and valid driver’s license
- Clean Criminal Background check

- Up to $45hr guaranteed rate with incentive opportunity for hours flagged above 40hrs
