Tips and tricks for automotive technicians on how to write a resume:

1. Start with a clear and concise objective statement that states your career goals and what you can bring to the table as an automotive technician.
2. Highlight your technical skills and expertise in the automotive industry. Mention your experience with different types of vehicles, repairs, diagnostics, and maintenance tasks.
3. Use action verbs to describe your work experience and accomplishments. For example, instead of saying “responsible for repairing vehicles,” say “diagnosed and repaired various vehicle issues, including engine troubles, suspension problems, and electrical malfunctions.”
4. Quantify your achievements by using numbers and percentages. For example, “increased customer satisfaction by 20% through effective communication and timely repairs.”  This is where you should highlight your “flagged hours” and other data points
