Pay: $110K Base Salary (Includes Shop Performance Bonus + Incentives)
Earning Potential: $150K–$170K Annually

Job Details

  • Work in the shop as a lead diagnostician

  • Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on BMW, Volkswagen, Audi (EV experience a plus)

  • Provide guidance and support to technicians

  • Lead and oversee a team of 3–6 techs

  • Manage shop productivity, team goals, and technician outcomes

  • Sit on the leadership team and provide shop performance feedback

  • Set goals, monitor KPIs, and foster technician development

  • Perform light managerial duties and collaborate with shop management

  • ASE certifications preferred

  • Must be organized, adaptable, and an excellent communicator

  • Open to both dealership and independent backgrounds (independent experience required)
