We’re looking for a hands-on, high-energy Automotive Lab Technician to support instructors and guide students through real-world automotive training. If you’ve got a knack for fixing things, enjoy working with people, and love the smell of motor oil in the morning—this could be your perfect fit.

Pay: $41,600 – $49,920 per year

What You’ll Do:

In the Classroom & Shop:

• Support instructors during hands-on labs and classroom lessons

• Help students safely use tools and equipment

• Assist with grading, demos, and keeping things running smoothly

• Encourage students to reach for ASE certifications

In the Shop:

• Keep tools, equipment, and shop vehicles clean and in working order

• Report any repairs or equipment issues

• Help maintain records, attendance, and student evaluations

• Be a friendly, helpful presence in the lab every day

Schedule: 4-Day Workweek!

Monday – Thursday only

• Long weekends, every weekend

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ year of automotive experience

• Passion for cars, tools, and teaching

• Strong attention to detail and safety

• Great communication and teamwork skills
