Castro Valley, CA Service Advisor 98000 - 150000

Automotive Service Advisor – Where Grit Meets Gear

Experience: 3+ years of showing the industry what you’re made of
Schedule: Monday–Friday (because weekends are for road trips, not wrench time)
Pay: $98K – $150K per year (yes, really)

Ready to shift your career into high gear? A top-tier automotive shop in Castro Valley, CA, is looking for a bilingual Service Advisor who knows how to keep things running smoothly both under the hood and in the front office. This isn’t your average grease-stained gig—it’s a chance to join a team that values skill, hustle, and a no-nonsense approach to quality.

Bilingual fluency is required—we proudly serve a diverse community, and clear communication with every customer is key to our success.

Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It):

You’ll be the bridge between customers and techs, turning automotive jargon into understandable advice, building estimates, closing sales, and keeping the shop buzzing. If you’ve got the gift of gab, a knack for turning “maybe” into “let’s do it,” and can juggle tasks without dropping the wrench, you’re our kind of person.

The Ideal Teammate Has:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Service Advisor who knows the ropes

  • Bilingual fluency—English plus Spanish required

  • The drive to keep techs cranking out 50+ hours a week

  • Confidence in handling objections and sealing the deal

  • Proven sales chops in the automotive world

  • Experience with Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI)

  • Solid computer and phone skills (Excel and empathy, both required)

  • An independent shop background (bonus points!)

  • A passion for cars and an appetite for leadership

  • Killer customer service instincts and a can-do mindset

  • A valid driver’s license (test drives happen)

Here’s What You Get in Return:

  • A competitive base salary starting at $98K, with bonuses that could take you to $150K+

  • Bi-weekly paychecks because bills don’t like waiting

  • Full health benefits to keep you covered

  • PTO from day one—seriously

  • Company-paid uniforms (look sharp, feel sharp)

  • Training programs that don’t just fill time—they fuel growth

  • Full ASE test and recertification coverage

  • Team outings (because we like celebrating wins)

  • Dental, life, and disability insurance

  • Mental health and wellness support

  • 401K with 4% company match and a Roth option

  • A culture that believes in work-life balance (yes, we walk the talk)

If you’re ready to bring your A-game to a place that values your skills and knows how to have fun doing serious work, we want to hear from you. This isn’t just another job. It’s the next step in a career that’s going places. Buckle up.
