Location: Alpharetta, GA
Schedule: Monday–Friday (No weekends. Life exists outside the shop.)
Shop Size: 16 bays, 15 lifts, 2 alignment racks—yes, they’re serious about precision.

An independent, high-output European auto repair shop is on the lookout for skilled and motivated technicians. This isn’t just another shop—it’s a full-throttle, Euro-focused garage where quality, efficiency, and personality all take the front seat.

What Makes This Shop Different?

This team is all about European vehicles—BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Porsche—you name it. 99% Euro, with an occasional Asian or Domestic cameo.

Technicians work with factory-grade diagnostic tools, including:

• BMW ISTA

• Mercedes-Benz OE tools

• Autel, iScan

• Oscilloscope tablets for detailed diagnostics

• Hunter alignment systems—nothing less

Open Positions & Pay Structure

Apprentice Technicians

• Pay: $20–$27.50/hr based on experience

• Tools provided – stay for 3 years and they’re yours to keep

C/B-Level Technicians

• Pay: $30–$35/hr based on experience

• Compensation model includes:

  • $20/hr guaranteed clocked time

  • $15/hr production bonus for 40+ turned hours

Preferred Experience: BMW, Mercedes-Benz, or Audi. Prior dealership or independent Euro experience is a big plus. Veterans encouraged to apply—there’s already a strong veteran presence on the team.
