As the Human Development Director, you’ll lead initiatives that do more than retain — they evolve. You’ll empower the team, shape culture, and craft strategies that leave legacy-level impact.

Wages and Benefits

  • Wages: $60,000-90,000 depending on experience and education.

Human Development Director: Educational and Experience Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in business field.
  • Society of Human Resources certification preferred.
  • Position-specific certifications preferred. May work toward achievement in position.
  • Five years minimum in high level managerial role.
  • Requires entrepreneurial thinking.
  • Ability to develop strategic plans.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Developing action plans and time management strategies for implementation of plans.
  • Ability to communicate throughout organizational structure.
  • Conflict management skills.
  • Decisive leadership with the ability to influence and direct others.
