The Role:

They’re on the hunt for a Service Advisor who’s equal parts people-person, sales-savvy, and team cheerleader. This is a golden opportunity for someone who’s ready to own their role and grow their paycheck along the way.

The Service Advisor will be the front line of the customer experience—writing tickets, communicating with techs, keeping things moving, and making sure every customer feels like they just stopped by their favorite neighbor’s garage.

A Day in the Life:

  • Greet customers with confidence and warmth

  • Write service tickets and clearly communicate repairs and costs

  • Collaborate with a veteran team of technicians

  • Use Tekmetric to keep things organized and humming

  • Help hit that sweet spot of an $800+ average repair order

  • Show up ready to roll—preferably 15 minutes before your shift starts
