About the Shop

This independent repair facility in Hatfield, PA has been cranking wrenches and solving tough diagnostics for decades. They started in a small garage and have since grown into a fully equipped, high-integrity operation. With AAA Approval since 2000 and three years running as a NAPA Gold Certified shop, they’ve got the credentials and customer base to match.

The Role

This isn’t a spot for a lube tech or someone who needs their hand held every step of the way. The team needs a high-level Automotive Technician who knows how to turn a wrench, troubleshoot the weird stuff, and keep a cool head when the pressure’s on.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Diagnosing and repairing everything from CEL issues to major engine work.

  • Performing PA State Inspections and (preferably) emissions testing.

  • Using real-deal tools like Snap-On Zeus, Autel, and more.

  • Tapping into remote diagnostics support when needed—because even the best need backup sometimes.

  • Running Digital Vehicle Inspections with tablets (no paper piles here).

  • Helping turn around wholesale and auction vehicles efficiently and correctly.

  • Testing your own work and standing by the results—we don’t do “good enough” here.

What They’re Looking For

  • Experience: 5+ years under your belt. Not your first rodeo.

  • Licenses: PA State Inspection license required (or willing to get ASAP). Valid driver’s license is a must.

  • Certs: ASE preferred; must be willing to get certified (they’ll even help cover the cost).

  • Attitude: Positive, humble, coachable. You’ve got drive but not ego.

  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with digital inspections and diagnostic tools.

  • Focus: Heads-down, get-it-done mindset. Friendly but not here for a social club.

  • Location: Within 12 – 15 miles of Hatfield preferred. Long commutes wear people down.
