Base Pay $40,000 – $55,000 Depending on Experience

This shop is family-owned and proud of it. The Shop Vibes

Forget the dark, dusty garage stereotype. This place runs with six bays, four lifts, and a focused workflow—handling under 25 cars per week with care and precision. The workload is about 75% domestic and 25% European, and every repair comes with a healthy dose of customer education. No aggressive upselling here—just transparency, teamwork, and trust.

The shop runs on tools and tech like Autel, Snap-On Zeus, Tekmetric for both SMS and DVI, and Shop Genie for CRM. They’re backed by coaching from The Institute, so process improvement and personal growth are the real deal.

The current team includes a full stack of techs from A to GS level, plus admin and front desk support. Now, they’re looking for a new Service Advisor to complete the crew.

The Role: Service Advisor

This person is the voice of the shop—equal parts communicator, problem-solver, and team builder. They should have strong sales chops, exceptional phone and computer skills, and a knack for part sourcing. Just as important is a willingness to grow with the team and help push things forward.

Schedule & Pay

  • Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM

  • Base Pay: $45K – $55K

  • Bonuses: Additional $45K – $50K annually based on weekly and monthly KPIs
