Experienced Automotive Technician (A or B Level)
Location: Belvidere, Illinois
Schedule: Monday through Friday
Compensation: $32 to $40/Flat Rate Including Production Bonus (based on experience)

What We’re Looking For:

  • A or B Level Technician

  • 5+ years of professional experience

  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

  • Must be comfortable with heavy line work (mainly engine repair, also suspension and brakes)

  • European and Tesla experience is a big plus

  • Valid Driver’s License

  • Open to techs with a mix of dealership and independent shop experience

  • Must be eager to learn, train, and grow in your position

  • We fix broken cars, not just maintenance — so you must enjoy a challenge

  • Positive attitude and team mentality are a must

  • ASE certifications not required, but training is supported
