Location: Minot, ND (with flexibility to travel between locations)

We’re looking for a bold and driven Marketing & Social Media Director to lead the charge in shaping the voice, presence, and growth of multiple dynamic brands.
This isn’t your typical “make it look pretty on Instagram” kind of job. This is about telling compelling stories, building a loyal audience, and translating strategy into action that moves the needle. You’ll work closely with our executive team and operations managers to create marketing that not only looks good—but drives real results.

What You’ll Do

Lead the strategy: Build and execute unique marketing plans for each brand while maintaining a cohesive overall vision.

Own the digital space: Plan, create, and manage high-performing content across all major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.). Run paid ads, manage budgets, and track ROI.

Craft compelling stories: Use photo, video, email, and SMS to turn day-to-day moments into content that resonates and converts.

Build community partnerships: Collaborate with local businesses, influencers, and community organizations to increase visibility and grow trust.

Work cross-functionally: Support promotions, events, and business initiatives in partnership with the leadership and operations teams.

Measure and improve: Track key metrics, analyze campaign performance, and make data-driven decisions to continuously raise the bar.
What We’re Looking For
You’re not just creative—you’re strategic, resourceful, and ready to own your role.

3–5 years of experience in marketing, social media management, or a related field

Strong content creation skills — writing, photography, video — and an eye for good design

Proven ability to juggle multiple brands or projects

Experience running and analyzing paid social campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.)

Comfortable with tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, social scheduling platforms, and analytics dashboards

A natural connector — you know how to build relationships online and in real life

Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills

Bonus: Experience with email marketing platforms, SMS campaigns, or influencer partnerships
