Pay: $18–$25 per hour (Full-time)

If you’ve got experience with tires or lube (or both), you’re in the right spot. If you’ve only done one or the other, no worries—we’ll cross-train you. What matters most is mechanical skill, a solid work ethic, and the drive to grow.

Here’s where it gets better: want to climb the ladder toward becoming a full-on automotive technician? You’ll get hands-on training from seasoned pros, classroom and online learning, and even the chance to become a Connecticut Emissions Inspector. What You’ll Do

• Oil changes and vehicle courtesy checks (keeping cars happy and customers safer)

• Mounting, balancing, and repairing tires

• Working with TPMS systems

• Wheel alignments (bonus points if you’ve done them before)

• Swapping out headlights, taillights, and more

• Learning brakes, fluid exchanges, and other basics with on-the-job training

• Prepping to earn your emissions certification

What You Bring

• At least 3+ year of tire/lube or general automotive experience

• A valid driver’s license

• Your own basic hand tools

• The ability to work in a fast-paced shop without losing your sense of humor
