Wilton, CT | $1,100–$1,200 weekly base + commission | Monday–Friday + every 3rd Saturday AM

The Basics:

  • Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30–5:30

  • Every third Saturday: 8:00–12:00 (light duty: 3 cars max, lube and emissions techs onsite)

  • $1,100–$1,200/week base salary – Earning Potential of $75K-$110K +/ year

  • Weekly commission on labor hours sold (with minimum 51% parts margin)

  • Shop handles everything from LOF to alignments—plus lots of tire work

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Solid computer skills, including tablets

  • 3+ years of Automotive Service Advisor Experience

  • Familiarity with automotive service—or a strong customer service background and the drive to learn fast

  • Strong communication and time management skills

  • Curiosity, humility, and a genuine love for helping people

  • Bonus if you’ve sold tires or worked a service lane before
