About the Shop

This independent repair shop has recently doubled gross revenue and continues to grow. With a strong reputation and a customer-first philosophy (“partnering with customers long-term to manage their personal fleet”), they’re building a workplace where skilled technicians thrive. The shop runs with 6 bays and 4 lifts, doing a healthy mix of repair (60%), maintenance (30%), and other services (10%).

The Role

They’re looking for a motivated A or B-level Automotive Technician ready to take on diagnostics, drivability, and repair work in a busy, well-equipped shop.

  • A-Techs: Top priority – strong diagnostic skills

  • B-Techs: Solid skills with a desire to grow and advance.

  • Consistently flag 40–55 hours/week.

  • Willing to mentor and share knowledge is a big plus.

Pay & Benefits

  • Pay:

    • A-Techs: $40–$55/hr base + production bonus

    • B-Techs: $30–$40/hr base + production bonus (based on experience)

  • Bonuses:

    • Overtime pay above 80 hours/2 weeks

    • Annual performance bonus (3–5%)
