B-Level Automotive Technician – High Earning Potential

A respected, high-integrity independent repair shop is seeking a skilled B-Level Automotive Technician with a strong mechanical foundation and a desire to grow in a professional, team-oriented environment.

This role is ideal for a technician with 3+ years of automotive service experience, including at least 1+ year working on German, import, or domestic vehicles, who takes pride in efficiency, accuracy, and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do

  • Perform mechanical repairs and maintenance on German, import, and domestic vehicles

  • Consistently beat book time on standard repairs

  • Diagnose and repair common drivability and mechanical issues

  • Complete digital vehicle inspections with clear documentation

  • Collaborate with service advisors and fellow technicians

  • Participate in ongoing technical training, including hybrid and EV systems

What We’re Looking For

  • B-Level Automotive Technician

  • 3+ years of professional automotive service experience

  • 1+ year of hands-on experience working on German, import, or domestic vehicles

  • Strong mechanical fundamentals and efficiency

  • Comfortable using scan tools and diagnostic equipment

  • ASE certifications preferred (not required; support provided)

  • Smog certification is a plus

  • Reliable, motivated, and team-oriented

Compensation

  • $35–$45/hr base pay + production bonus

  • Estimated annual earnings: $80,000–$120,000 based on productivity and skill level

  • Clear, achievable path to higher earnings through performance
