About the Role
A highly respected independent automotive repair and collision group in Huntington Beach, CA is seeking an A-Level European Automotive Technician to join their elite team.
This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who excels in diagnostics, routine maintenance, and complex repairs. The shop prioritizes quality workmanship, efficiency, and long-term technician success while providing the tools, workflow, and support needed to thrive.
What You’ll Be Doing

Perform routine maintenance, including oil services, brakes, and inspections

Conduct advanced diagnostics on European vehicles (BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, VW, Porsche, and more)

Diagnose and repair engine performance, drivability, electrical, and network issues

Complete complex mechanical repairs, including engine and transmission work

Provide accurate repair recommendations with detailed documentation

Collaborate with experienced service advisors and fellow technicians to maintain efficient workflow

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Stay current with evolving automotive technology through ongoing training
What We’re Looking For

A-Level Technician with strong European vehicle experience

3+ years of professional automotive repair experience, with a focus on European vehicles (VW experience preferred)

5+ years of professional automotive experience

Mercedes-Benz, BMW, and Audi experience strongly preferred
-
Japanese and domestic vehicle experience is a plus
-
Advanced diagnostic, electrical, and drivability skills
-
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Professional mindset with pride in workmanship and accountability
-
Valid California Driver’s License

$100,000 base + performance bonus structure
