Pay Type: Flat Rate

Rhea Little’s Tire & Auto Repair is hiring A-, B-, and C-Level Automotive Technicians for its Brentwood shop.

Whether you’re developing your career or already an experienced diagnostic technician, you’ll have consistent workflow, a Monday–Friday schedule, and a pay range based on your skill level and production.

Pay by Technician Level

A-Level Technician

  • $40–$55 per flagged hour
  • Typical earnings: $70,000–$110,000+
  • Top performers can earn up to $150,000

B-Level Technician

  • $30–$45 per flagged hour
  • Earning potential: $60,000–$100,000

C-Level Technician

  • $20–$35 per flagged hour
  • Earning potential: $50,000–$90,000

What You’ll Do

  • Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and general repairs
  • Diagnose drivability and drivetrain concerns
  • Complete brake repairs and wheel alignments
  • Perform tire services and preventive maintenance
  • Complete repairs based on your experience and skill level
  • Communicate repair recommendations as needed
  • Work with the team to complete quality repairs

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–5+ years of professional automotive repair experience
  • General automotive repair experience
  • Brake, tire, and alignment experience
  • Diagnostic and troubleshooting skills appropriate to your level
  • Ability to produce efficiently in a flat-rate environment
  • Dependable and team-oriented
  • ASE Certifications preferred
  • Previous flat-rate experience preferred
