After several months of our own aggressive recruiting efforts and disappointing results, we decided to partner with ProMotive! Working with ProMotive to hire an experienced Auto Tech was the smartest decision for our small shop! I have over 20 yrs in corporate recruiting and healthcare staffing, and have several experienced recruiters in my network; therefore, I felt we could easily take on a search for one Auto Tech. In this market and the shortage of Techs, we found it difficult to move beyond the unemployed job hoppers. Searching job boards will not deliver the solid, A-level candidate even with the best key word search.
