Promotive just closed out our first official year (or, technically, 9 months) of business in the automotive aftermarket. What started out as a mission to connect talented automotive professionals with industry-leading repair shops has expanded into so much more.

• In 2023, we placed just under 100 talented candidates in various positions throughout the industry.
• Our candidate to shop match-making efforts expanded across the United States, penetrating approximately 40% of the US market.
• Promotive candidates earn an average annual salary that is 20% higher than the industry average for automotive technicians.
• Putting that into cumulative numbers, these guys (and gals) earn a collective salary of approximately $4.5 million in total. Talk about fueling the aftermarket! ⛽🤑
• Moreover, our superstar recruiting and account management teams helped candidates negotiate their salary/benefits by more than 15%. This sets them on a path for greater success and fulfillment in their careers.
• A low starting salary is a contributing factor to the technician shortage. So, starting your techs at a competitive wage means higher employee retention for hiring shops. Be sure to look out for our retention numbers at the end of 2024 because, as of now, they are looking pretty good!
• Promotive’s shop count is growing with unstoppable momentum, at an average of 48% month over month.
