The Opportunity

A trusted neighborhood auto repair shop in Oregon City is seeking an experienced A-Level or strong B-Level Automotive Technician to join its close-knit team. The shop maintains a steady car count and strong customer demand, ensuring there are ample hours available for motivated technicians who want to produce and earn.

This shop services a mix of domestic and Asian vehicles and is known for quality repairs and accurate diagnostics. What the Technician Will Do

  • Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on domestic and Asian vehicles

  • Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues efficiently and accurately

  • Complete repairs ranging from maintenance and brakes to engine, suspension, and drivability work

  • Communicate findings clearly with service advisors

  • Use diagnostic tools and repair software (AllData experience is a plus)

  • Maintain clean, safe, and organized work habits

  • Contribute to a positive, team-first shop culture

What the Shop Is Looking For

  • A-Level or strong B-Level Automotive Technician

  • 3+ years of hands-on repair experience

  • Solid diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities

  • Strong mechanical aptitude (engine, suspension, brake, and electrical systems)

  • Comfortable using digital inspection tools and shop software

  • Dependable, productive, and team-oriented
